I had my oil changed a week ago, since then, my "change engine oil" light turns on when i start the truck, then goes away after about 5-10 seconds. Never happend before. Have had the oil changed about 6 times since I've owned it, with synthetic oil everytime. Did they put too much in?

I'm going to ask the obvious......you did reset the message after getting the oil changed right?

I remember reading somewhere that you have to turn your key to the accessory and push in the gas and release 3 times in 5 seconds then turn it off. It worked for me last time I had my oil changed.

Didn't know we had to. Have never seen the message the other 5 or so times I've had my oil changed. Thanks.
