Change front coils to z71 due to sag

I have a tahoe with the zw7 suspension, if I were to change to the z71 front could would that lift it. I have sag due to adding a ranch hand grill guard.

Nope get some leveling kit spacers to lift it up

I dont think the zw7 really does anything for the front. but like stated above, a spacer will make up for the sag, but getting new springs and shocks will help too if you replace the rears as well
