Changed Plugs and now a hesitation?

Changed plugs using champion 7940 described as a OE Equiv ... Gap set to .060 per Champion website and sticker on car. Idle is great... Seems to hesitate a bit.. Or could be my worrisome nature... I read somewhere that a .045 is also a gap used ... Thoughts?

The .045 gapping is not for our trucks it is from the next engine variants from next body style basically. Perhaps when you change them out you maybe damage some wire insulation or tore a boot causing some spark leakage also inspect or replace your cap and rotor for wear or damage.
