Anybody run into the situation when the CD player says "initializing" then won't do anything? Its a 6 disc factory changer and it was full and now its not reading a disc in slot 4 but nothing ever ejected and still won't do anything. Also, the lights in the slot are lit up but nothing is happening. Any tips? Thanks

This sounds like what happened to mine years ago. Mine had a cd stuck in it which was a pretty easy fix but it ruined the cd. Take the radio out and see if you can see the bottom of the cd anywhere. I just took a pocket knife and helped it out. Make sure all the other cds are out first if you can. That's about all I remember but hopefully it'll fix yours too!

Problem is that the changer was full so there's 6 cd's in there and it won't do anything. The cd icon blinks until i hit eject but i don't hear any noise indicating anything happening.

AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH.... Yet another of these threads with NO answer in it!!!!!

Does ANYBODY have a fix that's better than "replacing" the unit? I have no warranty and I have no budget for a $500 replacement...
