So i have a 02 Tahoe LT and notice when I'm driving around my neighborhood I hear a weird chattering sound coming from the middle or rear of my Tahoe. I also noticed my parking brake slightly holds the truck when fully engaged but can still roll if on a hill or driveway. I also noticed while driving if I apply the parking brake maybe around 50% that strange sound goes away. Do I need to adjust the parking brake?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Location
Washington. The desert side not the Starbucks side
It's pretty common for the friction material on these to separate from the backing plate. Pull apart and inspect, go from there. If you haven't done brakes on these, the 18mm that holds on the caliper bracket on there good with locktite. If you don't have at least an 18" 1/2" ratchet don't dig in just just yet. Go grab one from harbor fright or something first. You'll need to do this to adjust anyway. Adjustment can be carried out with a single medium sized flathead, but it's easier to bring a second smaller one too. There's a detent you can push back to make the adjustment far easer

I'm sorry I don't really understand and really want to get this annoying sound resolved. What exactly do you recommend me doing?

Still can't feel to figure out where this sound is coming from. I got a quick video of it and uploaded it to YouTube. Hopefully someone can help.... thanks in advance! A mechanic took a listen and said sounds like a wheel bearing to him... but I'm not sure about that because when I apply the ebrake the sounds goes away and also at higher speeds over 10mph it also goes away and if I'm making a U-Turn it gets louder.

Here's the link to the video:
