Chevy Traverse wheel on '04 Yukon?

Looking for a 17' spare to fit over my '07+ front brakes. Wondering if anyone has tried bolting on a 7x7.5 Steel traverse wheel. The six spoke design doesn't look hideous for fear mounted spare.

Traverse - 6x132 or 6x5.2 (center bore is 74.5?)

Tahoe - 6x139.7 or 6x5.5 (center bore is 78.1)

So the stud spacing is slightly off and the center bore might have to be reamed out a bit......but the question is with allllll the wheel options for 6x5.5 why not get one that you know fits?
