whats the by far best performance chip for my 'hoe? that is probably the next thing i buy so if any of you know of one that will give me 50-100 more hp + better gas

more like less than a 12hp gain. if you want more power at low speeds you might as well get a tune

Get a tune from Black Bear Performance, they're a vendor on here. That's what the majority of the guys on this board have aswell as myself and most of us, if not all, are pleased with it.

you have a 99tahoe right? yea you need a tune, not a chip like the TBI guys

A cheap performance rout could be just swapping your PCM for one out of a '99 Z56 Police package Tahoe.

*Advanced timing...
*firmer shifts
*slightly higher shift points
*higher speed limiter
*A/C cut off @ WOT
*other advancements im not real sure of,something with the fuel trim/delivery level settings in the PCM.

I may be way off but you only see that kind of hp gains from a chip on a diesel rig right?
