Choice of cam for tbi 350 please.....

i have a 95 tbi 350. i am not to sure what size cam to upgrade to cause i dont reall understand the lift and duration aspect...but really not wanting to make my map sensor go crazy..so im asking for help...i am bout to have my block honed cause i blew it up awhile back...n i would like more torque, low range, n mid range.....would be great if the whole powerband improved...open to help please!

None unless you wanna get a chip. Any can you get will run crappy unless you get a chip or convert to carb
