Was driving along the highway cruise set at 65. Bam cruise goes out, dash lights up like a christmas tree. reduced engine power warning, stabilitrac off, traction control off. Truck is at the dealer. any idea what it could be?

No idea ... but it sounds like the computer initiated a preventative engine shutdown to protect it from damage.

Is it still under warranty?

Good to hear that its still under warranty. That could be something as simple as a sensor coming unplugged under the hood, or it could have been cylinder failure.

One day my "christmas tree" lit up. I didn't get reduced engine power, but the DIC flashed every other thing as "OFF". The plug for the stabilitrak had come unplugged behind the dash because I hadn't clicked it all the way back in and vibrations got the better of it. Thankfully it was the first place I looked!

turns out it was a throttle position sensor that went bad. When they turned the car back on the only light was the ses one. They ran the code and this is what came back. There was bulletin related to the code. We will see of it fixes it.

A low battery / failing alternator causes the same symptoms... could be a whole lot of things.

To be fair they do sometimes follow up on some folks issues and a couple ofttimes I've seen them assist members in getting stuff fixed at no cost even if their truck is out of warranty.

I know Elizabeth helped me track down some hybrid specific information from GM not available to the general public.

2cents.
