Has anyone gotten one of these roof rack chrome covers? I have a 2019 Yukon

I want to get one but I am wondering how they fit. I removed the cross bars from my roof rack but there are still the holes that the cross bar mounting screws go in. I was wondering how the roof rack chrome piece fits over those holes. I tried to contact the seller but they don't know what I am talking about, I am sure they don't even have the products that they are selling, they are just the middle man.
