Cigarette lighter socket issue

I traded out the socket on the left with the one on the right and it works. the one on the left looks different and 3 of them look just like it.

Because 1 is made to hold and actual lighter...you can see the tangs that hold it until it gets hot enough to pop... the other just has power and ground
Iirc the connection behind are exactly the same. Black plastic connectors with an orange and black wire but the connector should fit both sockets

I'm sorry guys....I'm retarded. There was a circular metal charm one of my kids stuck in the outlet to the back seat. It blew the fuse. I replaced the fuse but the outlets didn't work....BECAUSE....the adapter I was using to test them didn't have a long enough "probe" to reach the contact in the bottom of the power socket but it worked in the cigarette lighter outlet. I used a different power adapter and they all work now.

Fyi to anyone else replacing sockets, the aux socket and cig light socket on my 01 Yukon use different connectors, and are not interchangeable.
