Anyone have any tips on cleaning this thing. I get so aggravated everytime I clean the hoe that I just wanna get a billet grill. I love the look of the OEM grille, bur it's a pain in the ****** dick to clean.

Best way to clean it (and how I teach my employees to do so) is to use a lug nut type cleaning brush to clean & scrub the grille by hand. Use an APC to really get the grime out of the crevices. Afterward, rinse and then use an air hose (if available) to blow the excess water out. The grille will look as clean as when the truck was first put together.
