Hi there ... I'm looking for suggestions/opinions/help for my corners (lower light package with DRLs/Blinkers/Reflector).

Truck is an NBS (01) Blue without too much visually done to it. I recently ordered the Chrome DEPO lights and a HID kit from TRS. I'd like to find out what those of you with a better eye for aesthetics and/or what corners those of you with DEPO projectors are running.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions and help.

don't have the projectors but I have the LED signals on mine. they look pretty good except for the pass side. forgot to seal em and water got in... now the middle doesn't work right. I need to replace it now that I think about it.

Hey Doomsta510 ... Do you have an orange bulb in your driving lights? Or is there some special reflector/mirror in there that turns a normal white bulb into an orange light pattern?

They are called bumper lights. Just do a search. There's been a couple of threads already on the topic. I just got a set of DEPO and some Morimoto D2S projectors with 6000k HIDs from TRS as well. I plan to do a projector retrofit real soon, but sorry, my pics dont have the DEPO in yet. There is a member on here who has a good write up on how to do it.

Here is one with a couple of pictures of my LED white bumper lights:

Mine are just like 01TX_TAHOE only without the amber/orange reflector. If you dont like the reflectors, you can either get the all white ones like i have, or remove it (bake the light and remove the shield to get to the reflector. Again, there is a thread on how to do this). Just make sure it's cool with your state laws.

Help w water discoloration ...

Hey Guys & Gals ...

So I think I screwed up today; I drove through the carwash (lazy after I drove through ag fields of bugs and wanted to knock off the first layer the lazy way) today and afterwards noticed my drivers side lower light housings had water in them. I figured I'd get home and open them up to dry them off.

Problem is that when I got everything taken apart, it appears the DRL somehow discolored/ruined the reflective coating of the housing. It's like theres a white film that I cant rub off of the surface of the mirrored/chromed housing.

Has anyone seen this before? Or does anyone have a solution? Even with drying them out, now it looks dull and discolored!

Might have to buy another set and use the silicon to seal them up this time?

Thanks in advance ...
