Cleared escalade headlights 07 up?

Anyone done it. I want to get rid of the side amber but not sure what color lights are under it.

I think the lights are actually amber. I thought about doing it too but it didn't look possible. I've never seen one. Everyone either smokes them or paints them...never removes.

I've seen a silver escalade online with the headlights cleared before.
