Climate control/ floor vents

I have notice air blowing from floor vents when I have the blower turned off. I seems to be something like outside air coming in, which it only blows when I'm driving sitting still nothing comes out so I know the blower isn't staying on.

Anything I should check? Blend door stuck? Or is this normal?

Warm air comes out of my dash vents not much but you can feel it.

in my experience it is normal, if you hit the recirculation button after you start the vehicle then the air should stop
