Clogged Cat??

Now I don't know the issues of a cat being clogged but my truck is hesitant as hell for instance if im driving it I have to drive like a grandma,it seems like it loses power an has a hard time picking up speed whatsoever.At this point I have no idea what the hell it can be

get a computer scan, have your fuel pressure tested and have a exhaust back pressure test done.

One of those should reveal your problem.

By any chance are you start the drive in wrong tranny gear?
