I hold the unlock button down until it starts rolling all the windows down then I click the button again to stop them where I want them.

Doesn't look like this works on the 2023...

IIRC you can turn it on or off with settings through the touch screen. I also seem to recall a second method was hold lock and unlock buttons on remote until the horn honks to turn the function on or off.
