When I go over a speed bump, I hear something like a clunk noise when coming off the speed bump. There's not a lot of suspension parts in the rear, but I can't quite put my finger on what is making the clunk noise. Anything I can look at in the rear that would confirm?

Think I have the same clunk. I'll update this thread if I figure it out. Thought it might be the spare, but it doesn't feel loose.

I had this same problem. It ended up being the pinion bearing in the rear end. Had the get the whole rear end rebuilt. At least my extended warranty had to pay the bill.
So I would at least have it checked out.

I have had the same thing for a while now....checked for loose items but so far no luck...I really hope its not the pinion bearing...Scotty is yours lowered at all? wondering if that has anything to do with it
