I have read all the posts on swapping the cluster lights to LED's but I am not ready to do that yet. At some point soon I am going to do the whole interior. Just wondering if they make colored OEM style bulbs. I would like to swap out the clear bulbs for colored. Let me know what my options are. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ok, I will expand my question......if you can get regular colored bulbs, where can you buy them?? I just went to AutoZone, he said the colored ones they have suck and burn out. Went to Advanced Auto, they had the same ones there. Anyone????

I believe there are differences between the 2000-2002 and the 2003-2006 models as far as the cluster lights go. So, depending on what year your vehicle is you might wanna do some research. The oem style colored bulbs will burn out as do all incandescent bulbs, eventually. If you're just swapping them out temporarily until you do the led mod, I'd say go for it. If it were me, I'd just do the led mod now so you don't have to take the cluster out again. But it's totally up to you. Good luck.

I am thinking you are right. Just doing some reading now. Trying to figure out if I can use my stock twist lock bases or if I need new ones.

Chauncey0337.......did you buy yours from this actual seller?? Same exact lights and bases?? Are there any hot spots in the overlay?? I like that they have multiple LED's to send light in all directions. Good experience dealing with this seller? Let me know, thanks alot for sending me the info.

Actually I got my lights from here-

and bases from here_

Good experience with both sellers.
There was one dim spot on the overlay but can't really notice it when it's dark. If you have the dash lights on in the daytime you can barely notice it but that's in the daytime. Otherwise, looks good. Maybe I can post a pic later when I get home.

I ordered the 6 lights in the auction you posted, thanks for the info. I had emailed the seller a few times and he was very quick to return a message to me. That impressed me seeing that it is hard to get a response sometimes.

I didn't want to wait until July for them to show up, I am just going to buy some from AutoZone, they stock them.
