Did not try resetting in case I crawl deeper down the rabbit hole. I’ve sent it back so we’ll see.Even though it’s on zero have you tried resetting it?
I did, he agreed after some brief discussion to send me another cluster with the trans temp. and leds and all. Hopefully that will solve it.Might want to talk to whomever upgraded the cluster.
That is a great question - my ‘04 Tahoe had all those “expanded” parameters (personal/business, Inst MPG, etc), but my ‘05 Denali does not have them. Don’t know if there is a way to add them or if that is just the way the Denali’s came that year.Is there a functional difference between clusters that read: trip A / trip B as opposed to clusters that read personal / business ? Or is it just a different labeling?
Also the hour meter is labeled different: hour meter as opposed to engine hours. No biggie, if it’s just labels, just want to keep my ducks in a row.
Thank for all your help!

That’s the same as my ‘05 - I have Trip A & B, but not much else.My 04 Sierra and My brother in laws 03 Silverado had many functions on the DIC along with a digital PRNDL indicator. My 06 has the non digital PRNDL with red indicators under the selected gear. The DIC in the 06 has less features then the 04 and 03.
