I am in need of help/advice. I have an 04 yukon that frequently when its running I hear what I believe the stepper motors in the cluster going crazy (the gauges don't move abnormally). Also the cluster changes the language on it own. I also can't change any settings via the steering wheel. Only the top 2 buttons in the wheel work. I read somewhere that the electronics run through the cluster and can cause issues with the cluster not responding to steering wheel inputs. Is this correct? If so is there any recommendations of places that I can send in my cluster to be rebuilt that won't break the bank, or am I dealing with 2 separate issues? I also recently had the cluster go black and couldn't see any of the gauges so I'm thinking it needs rebuilt either way. Thank you for your time and help

Sent son's 04 cluster to this outfit. They completely rebuild it with new steppers and lighting. Working fine almost two years now. Was a bit under $200 with a real quick turnaround.
