I was looking through the Upfitter guide for the 18 PPV and it talks about Competition Mode, but doesn't say what needs to happen for it to activate or if you can manually activate it. Any ideas?

I tried double tapping it, just turns it off and on. If I hold it down, it turns off stabilitrak all together like my old one. I guess I'll have to do some "high performance driving" and see if I can force it.

I high performance drive all the time, lol
curious if that works though, I kind of wonder if that is a order "option" and perhaps not a default thing
I have read that the shifting will switch over if it detects a pursuit, might be the same thing, you would probably have to find some off the beaten path open area and try it.

Competition mode on Corvettes is basically you can slide the rear end without it trying to immediately gain traction and murder you but it will also save you from overdoing that slide into a ditch. It's surprisingly okay at its' job.

I was able to get it into this mode while doing some 0-70 pulls out on some county roads. I was doing this manually shifting at first. After a few pulls like this I put the transmission into regular drive. The transmission would hold 2nd gear up non lock up with no throttle and the torque converter would lock up as soon as I touched the throttle. It would shift up to third but by then Im at 80. I did not see anything on the dic indicating this though. I pulled into a parking lot and place the transmission into park and then back to drive. Normal transmission operation resumed.
