Has anyone ever done this? I think it would be kinda neat and wouldn't mind if someone lived close enough! My dad took everything out of his 08 Denali so I guess it's possible...

Everything. Well, everything that would be different if you chose a different color interior at the dealership. Like trading all the ebony pieces for cashmere! I'm wondering how long of a project this is...I know it involves the dash, seats, carpets, and trim panels...but those could be done in a day. I feel as though I'm missing something.

I'm also wondering if anyone has done this type? Not retrofitting it to another vehicle, but swapping with the exact same bodystyle. Like GMT900 to GMT900, etc etc.

Sure it is possbile. If you're talking about a complete trade, then purchase the right SUV that has what you want already in it.

Thanks for the posts. I've just always wondered if it's been done and how long it takes.
