This summer my 2022 High Country driver side mirrors would go into whatever position they wanted. After a short time, the sound for the turn signals and the bluetooth would intermittingly stop working. In October, the dealer said it was an update issue, which they did. This update supposedly corrected the battery drain issue as well. This week, when putting in reverse, I get an alert on the center dash "check reverse lamp". The infotainment screen shows all the cameras as usual. When you put the vehicle into drive, it goes to a black infotainment screen. Android auto is connected and can listen to the radio, you just can see anything on the screen. Now, if you dont use reverse, but put it directly into drive, I do not get the check reverse lamp or the black infotainment screen. Everything operates as normal. Drive to your destination, put into reverse, get the black screen and check reverse lamp message on the center dash. For whatever reason, the act of putting it into reverse messes everything up. The dealer yesterday, looked up the battery software update again and they still dont have a fix for known issues. Has anyone seen or heard of this? Any ideas?
