Computerized Climate control

Does anyone know where this computer is on a 2000 Yukon xl?!? I changed my actuators only to realize I have nothing going to them for signal? I play with the hot/cold when it's plugged into my hands and it doesn't even move (the white gear motor on the new or old one)???
