Thinking about gettting the tune, after I install the vette servo (next week). I will be towing a boat in the summers and the FAQ question about tow/haul mode doesn't say whether or not you should still use tow/haul mode when towing, after the tune.

Also, when not towing, the 4.8L hunts b/w 3rd and 4th on hills at highway speed. Does the tune help this prob?

Justin can either mess with your tow mode shift points if you want or leave the tow mode alone (I left mine alone because I tow a decent amount), its up to you! You will be able to use the tow mode after the tune, just matters what you want justin to do with the shift points to whether it will be useful anymore!
Also, the tune would make your truck shift like its suppose to instead of all the annoying gear hunting and lazy shifting that the tranny does before the tune, the shifting quality alone was worthy of the tune for me, the extra power was just icing on the cake!! Also, I have the premium fuel tune!!

All in all, well worth the money and I won't hesitate to get another GM vehicle tuned by Justin in the future if I acquire another, very satisfied!

No, I'm one of the few around here that haven't done it, my transmission guy advised against it so I haven't done it!! I know alot of guys around here have done it and love it so it's up to you!

I recently just got my 02 yukon BB tuned using the autocal. I had Justin mess with my tow/haul in that all transmission constraints have been removed when using tow/haul. I gota say, its one hell of a big difference between having it on and off!
