Confused about speakers and door lock!

I have some door speakers ordered so Ill have to look more into it during replacement. Sometimes my front speakers wont work unless I turn the music up loud enough and the right rear isnt working at all. Sometimes theyll work other days they dont. What could this be? and my passenger door lock doesnt work sometimes if I press the lock button on either side, I took it off and looked at it but Im not sure whats causing this, anybody have similar problems? Ill be sure to check out all the speakers with I replace them!

I had this same problem, but it was the crappy GMOS adapter, only way I could find to fix it was not use the GMOS. Wasnt a big deal, just made me rewire the truck earlier than I had planned on...
