I'm considering buying another set of 26's for my Tahoe and was wondering what name brand tires everybody is running? I want to go with 295/30/26's but want a tire that will balance out easily and not shake the steering wheel completely out of your hand or vibrate you out of the truck lol.

I bought a set of 24's a few years ago with lexani tires and after 3 road force balances at 2 different shops I finally decided to sell them because they couldn't get them balanced out. Don't want to go through this again lol.

Thanks,
DW

I might be selling my Gianelles but without tires. One rim as a slight bend but holds air perfect.

Pirelli is the only quality 26" tire. Expect to pay 1800 for a set of four mounted and balanced. All other 26" are different versions of Chinese tires.

honestly when you get the 26s put them on WITHOUT TIRES and balance them. Most of the 26s dont balance well and when you put a tire on it will just make it worse even if you can get it to balance ok.

Sidenote did you ever lower your truck?

Yeah seems like they are high dollar tires or cheap tires...not mid grade lol.

That's a good idea if I do 26's I will have to tell them to balance them this way.

Never lowered the truck and going to keep it that way:waytogo:
