You can't get a 2015-2020 with a 2spd transfer case unless you get the Denali trim on the yukons. The SLT and SLE trims came with a single speed T-Case. Only the 6.2 denali package had the 2speed T-Case. 100k mark is where you're going to need to start doing a lot of maintenance. Not horrible if you can do it yourself. Spark plugs, diff fluid changes, motor mounts, rear tail lights, AC condenser... I love my yukon, but at that mileage it will require maintenance work if it hasn't been done already.
If you get the factory trailering package with the trailer brake controller you get the 2 speed transfer case. Even Denali's and Premier's came with single speed T-Case if it didn't have the optional trailering package.

Here is a suburban LT with 2 speed transfer case.

I stand corrected. You could get the 2sp transfer case on the SLE/SLT yukons as a factory option. It was RPO Code NHT which also included 3.42 gears. The standard single sp T-case on those trim levels was RPO Code NP0 and came with 3.08 gears.

However, all Denali Trim 4wd Yukons had the 2sp transfer case as standard. It was RPO Code NQH and that was the only one available for all 4wd Denalis and they all came with 3.23 gears.
