Has anyone had any luck getting these to work with an aftermarket head unit in an obs? Can it operate independently or does it need the main unit to operate? This whole console came out of an avalanche but I don't know the year. It does have the Bose sub and amp

Looks like 02 Avalanche. I don't think you'll be successful in getting this to work with aftermarket... nor do I see the need?

I actually just saw that it's an 03 model, and yea think you're right but I wanted somethin for the kids to listen to, oh well
