No idea on a 4x4, my 2wd took an entire weekend, You will want ... no NEED ... the extra tub of lube for those poly bushings. They will squeak and may bind if there isn't enough grease.

unless you have a press let a shop do them. they reuse the metal shells usually so if a shell is shot as well you need to be able to go out and buy a cheap bushing for its shell.

sway bar bushings and end links are fine leave the control arms to a shop. you need a press, a drill likely, not to mention tools to disconnect the ball joints without damaging them.

I didn't have to press my old ones out, I used a propane torch to melt the old rubber. My uppers were bad as in there was half a bushing left. There are pics on the net of it if you search I'm sure you'll find them. My metal sleeves were fine. The ball joint too is like $15 ... it's not going to bankrupt you to pick one up.

If you are one of the guys here who does his own work, a front end rebuild isn't all that bad. You can do everything in your driveway on jackstands except the alignment.

This.
They rent specific tools for these which make them very easy to do.
Just take your time and go easy with the coils. Leave the jack under it and slowly lower it to remove the coil or you can use a bungee or ratchet strap to hold it in its place.
