Coolant - Found my leak, Or is it a crack?

Okay so there is coolant under my front bumper drivers side. Here is the source. Is it cracked leaking or what/how to tell?

my bet is its cracked around the fitting. mine split off to the side of one of the oil cooler fittings.

the oil and coolant hasn't mixed correct?

Typical leak area ... did it overheat at aany point?? That seems to speed up the leak there ...

I say a crack that is leaking

Maybe a weak joint/corrosion. based on you pics.

It's a remanned engine with 12k on it. I had an issue with a little puff of smoke coming out of the tailpipe during starting. But it only happened when truck was parked for more than 8 hours. But now that's gone and has been for a month or so.

It doesn't get hot at all and oil pressure is good. Doesn't leak or use a drop. Just got it changed today and the tech helped me find this.

Mine cracked in the exact same spot, right under and coming from the oil cooler line fitting.

sounds like when they replaced engine, may have tighted it down too hard, causing the small crack.

Isn't that the transmission cooler line? not the oil cooler. At least in mine that's where the tranny line is...

replace. same crack happend to me. tryed to patch it. didnt work lol
