@strutaeng Awesome, very helpful. I'm going to run and buy an inspection mirror so I can try and get a better look.

@Fless I just recently put new gaskets on the crossover at the front and am not seeing any leaking there (is there one on the back?)
Yes. There's a set of those on the back of the heads. Most often it's just like these little block off plates. Same seals though.

I can see those leaking and running down the back of the transmission.

Alright so I rented a pressure test for the cooling system and bought a mirror, was able to see it was in fact the crossover plug on the rear driver side of the engine. I already had gaskets from doing this previously on the front, so I put a new gasket on and re-tested after cleaning things up and it's holding well and no leaks so far.

Concerning news though, I cranked the PSI up to 15lbs after replacing the new gasket, and it's still not holding. 30min after setting to 15PSI we are down to 7PSI. Not seeing any other leaks... I assume this is indicative of a head gasket failure?

Well...I guess that's good news and bad news.

Ummm.

Yeah, head gasket is a possibility. Why don't you remove all the spark plugs to see if you had any coolant in the cylinders? Maybe would be easier to see with one of those small boroscopes?

Just be careful. Crank over by hand. If the cylinders do fill with coolant, you can create a hydro lock condition and bend a connection rod if you try cranking via the starter.

Gosh, I just went back out and pressurized back up to 15PSI (It was at 5PSI after leaving it pressurized for a couple hours), and noticed the other heater hose tee (black) is leaking too. I knew I should of ordered both and replaced them at same time. Will order up this black tee OEM and report back. Thanks for the help
