Coolant leak

Got a coolant leak on a 2003 Tahoe don’t know what I’m lookin at it’s coming from driver side rear of engine bubbling from this Phillips head bolt any help would greatly be appreciated on informing me of what is goin on here thanks in advance

On my '04, I only have one crossover and it's at the front. At the back of each head, I have plugs. The first picture looks like the gasket is on wrong, but the second makes me question.

steam port block off that's a ***** of a spot to have to work, dealer might have it, dorman sells a kit I had to order one nobody stocked it.

Yeah, I don't imagine it's very fun to get at with the intake manifold there and I can't remember if it's a 10mm or 8mm. I bought the dorman gaskets (56390) when I swapped out my cracked heads, but that was easy because everything was already removed. Looks like ICT Billet makes replacements as well, that just use an o-ring: https://www.amazon.com/ICT-Billet-Throttle-Cylinder-Coolant/dp/B07ZG3F1SJ/
