Ok, As for the doors, did you just cut out a template and then cut out the Dynamat or did you use the plastic sheet / cover to trace down a template?

Also, How did you cut it? Utility knife?

The aluminum on the dynamat is pretty thick and can hold a shape if you press it in place with the backing paper still on. So hold it where you want it, just slightly over the edge you are going to cut. Press it to the door so it hold the shape of the edge of the door. Then when you pull it away you can see exactly where you want to cut. Utility knife would be best on a piece of plywood.

I forgot the Tiger Hair at work so looks like I'll get to the fiberglass and filler tomorrow...Oh well, Pats & Saints on tonight so it's all good!

Is taht an alpine 740bt monitor? I just did the same thing in the back of my console to get rid of the factory audio controls, but I put an ADS 5.25 mid in thw front cubby for my center channel. Anyways sick truck and looks like it's going to a great install keep up the good work

Yeah they both will be 740bt's The front for the functions, and the rear just to match the front. Plus I think it's a beautiful monitor, and matches my D310 perfectly. Good idea with the center ch. My audio processor can create a phantom center speaker using the kick panel speakers.

which processor are you using? I've got an Alpine pxa-701 controlled by my Alpine double din it's amazing the adjustability you get with the processor.
