Correct Height and distance on Projectors

Hey does anyone know what the correct height the cutoff should be? Also how far away from the wall should I park before adjusting??

My Hoe's front end was beat up when I got it and I have a new grille and everything is good now with nothing loose. However, the new depo projectors that I bought are way off and need to be adjusted. Anyone help with the correct dimensions I am supposed to be shining??
