I asked Corsa about this a while back and when they emailed me back they said the 3" system they have for the Denali won't fit because the side skirt on the Escalade is lower than the Denali.

Translation: any grease monkey with half a brain can bend the mounting brackets a little to make the Denali system work on the Escalade. I'm just really holding out for a 3.5" system from them...

You drank the 3.5" koolaid too lol

My 2009 Tahoe with the 6.2 L9H has the 3.5" factory exhaust and no one makes a kit for it.. I called all of them.

I had my exhaust shop install a Flowmaster Big Block 50 Series 3.5 in & 3.5 out, both offset and it sounds great.. no reason to change the exhaust pipe, just install a good muffler.

I left my resonator on and it is just a bit louder at idle, has no drone cruising at 75 MPH and sounds very healthy when I get on it..

Good luck,

TC

I have a MagnaFlow on my Calllaway Denali 15 and it is deep and loud inside the truck. I also have a 14 Callaway Escalade with a split 4 rear outlet MagnaFlow Exhaust which is a bit quieter.

I just got the Corsa for my 15 Denali XL work truck. I really like the sound of the Corsa from what I have heard.

It's not koolaid.

So if a 3" flows THAT much better than a 2.5", it'd be the same story between a 3" and a 3.5".

That AND the fact that I currently have a 3" KPE catback on my Escalade and while it sounds mean as hell, it DID lose torque pretty much across the board.

I find it very hard to believe that companies like Corsa or Borla would sell their systems without dyno texting that they make more power. They would be out of business. I've never owned anything from KPE so I can't comment on them.
Seems we need and exhaust comparison done with the dyno.

I know what mine made exhaust and intake vs stock truck. Cora and others don't dyno.... but I know that it's a first for paying over 1000 for a kit that's smaller then stock

It's funny I wanted to try and keep this one stock. That didn't last, I was looking at the airaid Jr. Kit with KPE resnatoer delete. Now I'm looking at the K&N Blackhawk with Borla or Corsa Cat back. Tony I've been watching your posts on here and on another forum and you got me thinking again.
