Where were you able to find the lower rear valance? Part number? Looking to do the same swap with my 2022 RST.

A buddy of mine owns a body shop and ordered it for me from Chevy. Cost was about $200. There is a core charge as they want the original rear valance back. I don’t recall the part # but I found this on another thread posted here. P/N 84751055

My exhaust came in. I am going over this morning hoping my local preferred muffler shop is open today. I didn’t expect the exhaust to be delivered on Thanksgiving but to my surprise Fed/Ex dropped it at my front door :)

If all goes well I should be posting some vids here by end of weekend.

Exhaust is on :)

I didn’t get a chance to do a before video inside the truck, but I’m sure it’s not really needed since we all know how that sounds. But I did take a before and after outside.

I ran a decibel reading app on my iPhone and rev’d her to 4K. You can see the max reading is higher with the exhaust.

I live about 30 minutes from the shop and it’s interstate driving most of the way. Happy to say it has zero drone while cruising at 70mph. In fact you cant hear anything at hwy speeds and also at idle while at red lights.

My neighbor has a 2016 GMC 5.3 1500 with the Corsa Sport and I would say his had a deeper tone to it than the Tahoe. I like it, but maybe a tad deeper tone would have been preferred. Overall I’m happy with it and plan to stick to it.

I drove around with the dual exhaust lower valance for a few months now with the single exhaust and I’m happy to see the dual pipes now that it’s installed.

So here are the pictures and videos. I’m hoping to get some drive by videos this weekend if anyone cares for me to take them.

So….the 6.2… I hated it. Couldn’t it pull it off fast enough.

Extremely loud at startup on the 6.2, and I mean extremely. Far louder than what I expected from Corsa’s own promotional video. The exhaust is so loud at startup in the garage that keeping it on a daily driver would be unfair to my neighbors, and there’s AMG/M-Cars and even a RS7 here and there.

I also had difficulty getting the head pipe into the muffler, far more than any other pieces. Further, the tips were only spot welded— I wasn’t expecting to see daylight.

I eventually got it on and running, and sure it didn’t drone and was fine on the highway, but not my cup of tea for a high line suv.
