I did, Spacer Mesh type. Installed carbon - fiber heater elements under them, works great.

If you're ordering heaters, get double the quantity. I have two in each seat bottom, running along where the legs normally are, not in the center. The other two are in the seat back, placed horizontally, one above the other. I rigged all that to the 10- stage voltage regulator that comes with some heater kits, and two switches. I can turn the bottom off, and the top heater in the back as well, if I want to, leaving the whole back on, or just the lumbar area. Works mint. The controls are placed between driver/pass seats and central seat/storage (I have Tahoe LS). Rear seats heaters are done in the similar fashion.
