My wife drives a Lexus and received this letter in the mail. It simply states that she will be receiving a new dashboard free of charge and regardless of miles. I called Lexus and they said to make an appointment and bring it in. They also asked if I would need a free loaner car due to me having to leave the truck with them. How awesome is that! Now, if GM would only follow suit. My Tahoe dash has so many cracks in it. Do to GM's customer service and the way they treat their customers, this is the last GM product I will ever buy. They seem to pass off all their customer complaints as "user error."
