crank relearn

can someone tell me how to do it? i have scan cable and efi scan tool? i just got bb tune, i do not have a cel but justin told me i should do anyway, i just need to know what it is and how to do it, thanks in advance

EFI Live?? HIt F12 in the scanner to see the DVT controls. Connect and hit activate button. Click the "learning" tab, hit the "C.A.S.E" button. Hope that helps

Check on the instructions you received, the Crank Relearn is towards the end.

ya that totally got me in the right directiion but it doesnt do anythibng when i get there, it says case relearn error before i even try to do it. should it be runnning or key just in on position?

also jenna i can not find the instructions email i had, and the sheet of paper says to just do it, it does not explain how,
