Cup holders

Has anyone found a better solution for cup holders? I have been looking at different consoles but the only issue I have is that I don't need a cd holder. The cup holders on the dash suck and need to be deeper. I would really like to have two cup holder on the front of the console. There is plenty of room to put a wider and longer console in. Are there any direct bolt in options that have been found? I know there is a cup holder I can get that will only one cup, but i really need two.

Some have put in a 99-02 Silverado console. Getting it to look good after trimming plastic is probably the challenge.

The stock 95-00 cupholder still requires you to hold onto the cup when turning.

They made an insert for the frt. compartment that is a cup holder instead of a CD holder. My pickup has the stupid CD holder so it's my trash can. I plan on making a wood platform for in front of the console for cups.

I have been looking at the console organizers and thought about putting in front of the console and facing is backwards so the cup holders are toward me. I did see a cup holder option available...and they aren't cheap. But really, it isn't big enough for two people to use. I may get a console out of a jeep or something and make it work. Plus, I wouldn't mind having a taller console so I can use it as an armrest. I am sure anything could work if you throw enough money at it. But I am cheap...lol. Not really, just disabled with no income at the moment.
