Custom Center Console

I am looking to make a center console for the truck. Its a 4wd so I have to go around that. I am going to have 5.25speakers on both sides right about at the knee area, using my stock console cupholder, and playing around with the idea of relocating A/C control box to the center console as well. Has anyone done anything like this and have tips or pics? I have a design but I am open to suggestions as I have not cut anything yet. Thanks in advance!

I finally finished mine...well sortof. I need to find some grills for the speakers because I am incapable of drawing or cutting a perfect circle. I will try and get some pics up in the next couple days. I will tell you the vinyl covering was a total PITA to work with! Really have to think about which way it will go around different corners and such.

for your ac controls i have an idea, do it up like i did to mine. i mounted a 1/2 line driver and a 1/2 din eq in mine. i only have pics of the early stages but you get the idea







then i did some more fiberglass work
