ya suicidedoors always has had top notch stuff...I will most likely get the bar..I just am pretty busy with finals coming up soon here..fixed my squeaking shocks today..the djm shocks have a "disc" near the top where it mounts to the truck, and it was rubbing on the frame..had to put some washers on either side to clear that up..

Sorry thought I wrote it but must have forgot.
Panhard bar : 33 3/4" long 2" bushings
RLTA: 22" long, 2 1/2" bushings
Both center to center or eyelets.
Yea I had,to call them and make order. They can do smaller bushing sizes if u call.

Did u center the rear with the wheels on the ground or up in the air?

I extended out panhard bar with tahoe in the air, and just had to readjust to get axle center. Took 2 times to get it center with wheels on ground. jack,up, readjust, jack down. Only downfall to these bars, not "oncar" adjustable, have to remove bushing to adjust.

Good to hear you got it fixed. I had same problem before, but just busted out the grinder. Lol

I kniw some people are having noise issues too, and hopefully this all helps.
Now my noise seemed to be coming from front and rear. My wife and I would sware we culd hear it up front and woukd feel it in our feet. After repkacing all front end parts, and not fixing priblem, I moved to the back to diagnose. The axle being off center, cause panhard bar, was causing RLTAs to be pushed over at an angle causing binding, pinching aomething to "pop" on forward bracket on feame. So when it would "pop", you could feel it thru frame and under feet. After much diagnosing I was able to hear and see it was RLTAs. Now, wuld panhafd bar have fixd problem?maybe. But I got all new bars all around to gaurantee a fix. And it did. Anyone with same issues shuld diagnose first, but hopefully push u in right direction. Hope it helps

2 1/2" Wont fit for panhard bar! Stock size is 2" , so unless u want to make new brackets I would order 2" bushings. You just gotta call them and let em know what u want.

My popping is exactly the same. You can feel it up front, but like you I replaced everything up front.

Do you think that we could call suicidedoors and give them your name and they would still have all the specs?

I appreciate this write up, the popping is aggravating.

Not sure if I made sense when I replied. I lengthened out panhard before installing, with tacar on stands, lowered ride down, drove around alittle, then checked centering of axle/wheels. I had to adjust the bar to get axle centered when vehicle was on level ground. Ended up putting bar out only 1/4" from stock.
