Cutting plastic for tires rubbing

My new 33inch tires are rubbing the inner plastic when I do a tight turn. Anyone have advice on cutting the plastic to allow room for the turn? Or a schematic of what's behind the plastic that I can cut apart? I don't need a huge amount of room but definitely need to do.

pictures would be helpful, but generally what people do is make a couple holes and then use zip ties to pull the affected area back enough so it does not rub anymore

This is the area that is rubbing when I turn a tight turn

If tire is not hitting fender just inner fender you might try heat gun and try to take rounded item to form and reshape inner fender in that area.

It rubs the fender a little bit not much...

usually a 4x4 shop will take that splash liner out and then tuck the fender in a smidge and put the liner back on, either watch some youtube videos or swing by a good popular 4wheel shop in your area they will know how to do it.
*note that on the drivers side the wire harness under the fuse box has 2 clips that are fastened to that liner so if you take it out be careful of those clips, if you look closely under the fuse box from the engine side you will see them. if they break off you can zip tie them but if they are left loose it can cause the harness to pull on the wires and possibly cause problems down the road
