im taking this A&P course and weve been talking about dont compression test on cylinders, which are really simple since planes have propellers.
Just wondering how difficult is it on our trucks?

Same process really, might just be harder to get to the plug holes in a truck engine since is has no cowlings you can remove. On a plane two covers and full exposure. Going to the alameda colledge center near the airport north field are you?

Its easy to do, remove all spark plugs, on the passenger side I yanked the air cleaner assembly to get more access. You will get the most accurate results if its at operating temp, also make sure the throttle is wide open to make sure fuel isn't going to the cylinders, you can also unplug the distributor.

Graduated 2004 Sierra Academy on the north field where the north and south have a crossover taxi way. Finally sold last year I think but someone is trying to start another one there now. I did do my helicopter training at your school.
