Well it has been for bout 3-4 weeks I dropped same engine in and so far so good. I was dissapointed when i saw all the sludge that was in my old engine, that means whoever had my hoe before me dogged her and didn't change engine oil like needed. i done been to texas once bout 500 round trip got da oil changed and went to oklahoma city for the 4th bout 140 round trip i vow to make sure that engine oil gets changed on time.

Good to hear shes back. I had the same problem with my camaro, the previous owners used penzoil every oil change when they did change it LOL and when I bought it, the motor only held up for about 80 miles. Pulled the motor apart and it was just discusting.

My engine builder said that he has seen lots of motors that look just like mine after running penzoil for long periods of time. He suggested castrol GTX of royal purple, but I dislike synthetics so I stick with castrol in all my cars
