Lol. What are you talking about? Too much chrome is ugly. Plus, the chrome door handles are cheap and break all the time where the painted ones don't. And in case you aren't aware, the 2012-2014 Premium Escalade came with most of the chrome deleted straight from the General.

Im well aware what they came with, and the truck themselves are ugly, no brightwork or lack of saves that. If you didn't like chrome, you shouldn't have bought an asscolade. The colored door handles are junk too (I don't know which goofball told you the they are better.. they aren't, they break just as often), so that argument is retarded. You can do what ya want, but you made a poor choice if your goal was to look like a Tahoe. Enjoy your work truck spec vehicle. It's yours, not mine. (FYI, I own one of these horrid machines as well, so it's not an insult to just your truck) it's a gm, focus on keeping it running until you can buy a better vehicle. Best advice you'll get.

There are just as many people out there who subscribe to "chrome won't get you home" as there are who want to make everything chrome they can. Why the **** would I give up the 6.2, the nicer interior, the better suspension, better lighting, etc. of an Escalade because I don't like some chrome that is easy to delete and looks better without it? And guess what!!?? The newer Escalades barely have any chrome on them any more (I don't even think the trim on the K2 is chrome at all! GASP!). There is no rule that says an Escalade has to have a ton of ugly ass chrome to be an Escalade.

The painted door handles absolutely do not break just as much as the chrome ones. I've been working on the 900 trucks since they came out in 2007 so I'd bet money I know more about them than you. I am STILL replacing the chrome ones on ones coming in for airbag recalls.

Made a little progress since the last post. New center console lid, which looks/feels much better, oem cv73 22s on 275/40s, free travel mod, installed my drop parts that came out to 3.5/4 (2" spindles, drop struts set at 1.5"/4" rear drop coils, control arm relocation brackets, sway bar links and drop shocks), and colormatched fender vents.

Going to bring it down 1 more inch and I'll be happy with the suspension. Exhaust next and then on to
