Dang Power fold, Help with DL3 mirrors!

I have a question about the DL8 to DL3 conversion. I own an 07 LT Tahoe and I purchased DL3 mirrors with the puddle lights and power fold options. I actually installed the mirrors a month ago, since I purchased those first. Then I got lucky on ebay finding a DL3 master switch taken out of a wrecked Denail. So I installed that and of course everythings works!...EXCEPT...The passenger side mirror won't fold. So what do you guys suggest?

1. Take it to the dealer for programming (I really try to avoid that place if I can)
2. Find a passenger switch taken from a truck with the DL3 option?
3. Get a new passenger switch with DL3 option from dealer or Ebay

You sure it's the switch and not the mirror that's malfunctioning? The motor in the side view mirrors are known to break often.

Well it tilts up and down and left and right. I figured if it were broken, the mirrors would not even adjust.

Yeah. It needs to be re-flashed.

If you cant wait on getting a used switch take it to the dealer and get them to flash it...or if you have a good friend that has dl3 mirrors on there truck/suv that is still under warranty, put your switch in theirs, have them go to the dealership and get it reflashed for free lol...

I did the dl8 to dl3 swap and found a gm tech on craigslist that flashed mine for 30 bucks...so you may look there too.

Thanx for all the great feedback! I think I'll go the craigslist route first. If that fails, then I guess I'll head to the dealer....
