Dash board peeling problem

My Tahoe has not started peeling but my 03 Duramax has. It looks bad especially because it has the tan interior not sure what to use to fix it. Where can I get the SEM? And does anyone have a color code for the 03 tan?

If it's peeling where the wife puts her foot, get rid of the wife, that seems to be the problem
